Cancellation & Payment Policy

  • 📅 Deposit:

    • ​A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Please use the chat bubble (bottom right) or complete the booking form to connect with us before making any payment.

  • 💳 Final Payment:

    • The remaining balance is due on the day of your booking.

  • 🚫 Cancellations:

    • All cancellations are final — no refunds will be issued, regardless of timing.

  • 🔁 Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule, let’s talk. While rescheduling isn’t guaranteed, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date.
